Bathmaks is a water tank that has the feature of heating water. The internal volume of the ergonomically designed laboratory-scale device is 10 liters. The temperature of the salt water used in gluten washing should be between 22 ºC ±2 in accordance with ICC Standards. If the temperature of the water is not at the specified levels, efficient gluten washing cannot be performed. The Bathmaks device ensures that the water is at a constant temperature for the gluten washing process.
